- Herts Young Homeless
Herts Young Homeless has been supporting young people at risk of homelessness for 26 years. Many of the young people we support are facing hidden homelessness, which is the lack of a safe, stable, permanent home. This includes sofa surfing with friends or extended family or staying in temporary accommodation such as hostels.
Focussing on prevention and well as cure, we aim to ensure that every young person has a home from which they can grow and thrive. Our services, like mediation, counselling and outreach rely on donations from the public so that we are able to offer them free at the point of delivery to those who need our help
